Sales Manager for Managed Security Services (MSS) (m/w/d)

This role reports to the Head of Business Development MSS DACH.

What will you do?

As a Sales Manager for Managed Security Services (MSS) located in Germany, you will be responsible for growing NVISO’s MSS business in the German market. You will drive new business with direct customers and expand our reach through sales partners and strategic channel relationships.

You will position and sell the full NVISO MSS portfolio, from Managed Extended Detection & Response (MXDR), Co-Managed SOC, to Continuous Threat & Exposure Management in combination with CSIRT/DFIR, working closely with internal solution leads, pre-sales, service delivery and marketing teams to build pipeline, convert opportunities and establish NVISO as a trusted managed security services partner in Germany.

  • Drive the sales of NVISO’s Managed Security Services in Germany.
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market plan for MSS in the German market.
  • Identify, engage and win new direct prospects across target industries.
  • Do sales directly and with respective sales partners and in strategic alliances.
  • Generate, qualify and progress a strong sales pipeline from initial outreach to contract signature.
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into relevant MSS value propositions and service proposals.
  • Lead commercial discussions, solution positioning, proposal development and contract negotiations.
  • Work closely with MSS solution leadership, pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure a high-quality customer journey from opportunity to onboarding.
  • Represent NVISO in the market through client meetings, partner meetings, events and industry networking.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting and CRM hygiene.
  • Contribute to partner enablement activities, joint account planning and co-selling initiatives.

Requirements

  • You hold citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states or the Austrian citizenship;
  • Experience: 5+ years  in MSS sales or MSS consulting areas as well as building long-term trusted relationships with customers and partners;
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success building and scaling opportunity pipelines with measurable revenue impact and active direct selling or via a dedicated services sales channel;
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure joint business plans and drive execution;
  • Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills at executive and operational levels;
  • Proficient in CRM/PRM tools, pipeline management, and data driven performance reporting;
  • Communication: Fluent in German and English (at least C1 level);
  • Education: Degree in IT, IT security, Business, or related field.
