HR Business Partner in Athens

What will you do?

You have a strong interest in the field of HR and believe the following to be applicable to you?

As an HR Business Partner located in Greece (Athens), you will :

  • Provide HR Administration support from A to Z (including onboarding of employees, employment contracts, policies & procedures, maintaining accurate records in employee files & in other systems, processing HR tickets, providing payroll support,…);
  • Support the HR team and employees for all HR related questions;
  • Support HR projects and improve HR services where required and in close collaboration with your team members;
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Finance / HR departments;
  • Handle and respond to discrepancies and queries relating to payroll;
  • Handle all benefit compensation and reimbursement procedures. Assume responsibility of timely payment of monthly premiums/expenses;
  • Interview organization administration;
  • Contribute to our positive working environment and employee experience;
  • Communicate with our social secretary and HR suppliers;
  • Support in organizing events;
  • Support in the preparation of accounting;
  • Support in fulfilling office management related tasks;
  • Coordinate the employees’ benefits schemes (e.g. private insurance, meal vouchers etc.).
  • Execute HR Administration tasks such as monitoring employees’ leave (annual and other types), reporting absenteeism and sickness etc.
  • Assist in the timely submission of all necessary declarations to ERGANI.
  • Be the contact person for suppliers.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Personnel Management or Organizational Psychology or equivalent by experience;
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources ideally in an international / multicultural environment;
  • Good knowledge of Ergani;
  • Good knowledge of Greek Labor Law;
  • You enjoy operating with a great deal of autonomy, but also appreciate the value of team work;
  • You are results-oriented and able to deliver within preset deadlines. You value quality and employee-satisfaction and have a proactive mindset;
  • Experience in using data and managing complexity;
  • Good knowledge of payroll and time management systems and comfort with learning new systems and tools as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fluent English and Greek language skills are mandatory;
